Registration fee
Until June 1, 2012 €1750,- p.p.
After June 1, 2012 €1900,- p.p.
Your registration is confirmed when the fee is received. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Bank details will be sent after receiving your registration. Fee also includes the welcome dinner on Monday, lunch and visit to a Dutch mobile screening unit (excluding travel and accommodation).
On Sunday September 16 2012, we will offer an optional guided tour to the historic city of ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
Price: €100,- p.p. (minimum of 8 participants)
Refund
If you cancel your registration, the next refund policy will apply:
Before June 1, 2012: 70% refund
Between June 1 and August 17, 2012: 50% refund
After August 17, 2012: no refund
